  11. With the port like you have in the picture, you are going to create dead zones on either side of it. I would choose functions over looks. 15in2 of port per ft3 is what I would shoot for.
  12. If you want a port on each side, do 2 subs and 2 chambers with a port coming out of each side.
  13. They look cool, just a bit of a pain to me. Run the port the full height of the box on the side.
  14. just do one port one side. will make it much easier
  15. Running a single Level 3 12 on a 1.2k at 1 ohm will be perfectly fine.
  16. What you are tuned to on paper and what it is when it is in your vehicle will be different. It will vary based on the car sealed up, windows down, 1 window down, etc. I would shoot for about 33hz on paper and hope for the best.
  17. Save money on your next DC Audio purchases on http://www.droppinhzcaraudio.com/ Use code MERRY to save $50 on purchases of $500 or more. Use code CHRISTMAS to save $200 on purchases of $2000 or more.
  18. Odd, i was told no BP for l6's.. lol... These particular subs were actually built with a 4th order in mind. Jan the box design you have looks just fine.
  19. Ok Im not even going to bother reading pages 2 and 3, I am seeing so much on page 1 that makes no sense at all. First off the Level 6 is FAR from a burp only sub, not clue where that came from. Secondly, 5ft3 per sub for a 15? I love when people who dont know the product seem to be experts on the subject. Lets get down to actually answering your question. The subs are dual 2 ohm and will be on a 5k per sub. 3.5-3.75ft3 net per sub. I see so many people lately suggesting these HUGE amounts of port area and just dont quite understand that. 15in2 per 1ft3 has treated me well and always sounded good.
  20. Musical application, I would take the Level 5.
  21. I wouldnt trust the stinger volt meter. Slow sample rate and not very accurate
  22. 6 got my vote, but 6 or 7 would be great. Number 2 is just too provocative for me. These are shirts that will be worn in public and represent the company, #2 just doesnt fit my taste because of that.
