  1. Just going with two sets of XLs and Mille tweet now. Sitting on way too much stuff right now collecting dust. If I had the extra money laying around I'd keep them for future use. Who ever buys these will love them.

  3. I just want to add that I'm still waiting to see a broken in AQ sub. Brother had a pair of SDCs and after a year they still were stiff as a board.
  4. Borrow no. But I can meet up with you within the next week or Saturday maybe. What side of town are you on?
  5. Decent 2000watt amp - $4-600 Nice battery XS or Shuriken is what I like - $2-300 Wiring - $100 Two 12s that handle 1000watta for $500 - Fi, sa, dc, etc around 2-250 a piece. Or one twelve any brand to handle 2k or a 15 will run around 3-500.
  6. Send all you can to the front.
  7. Some have a boosted version but the regular version from iTunes works good for me. Plays from around 29-45 I think.
  8. Ohhhh. I forgot what a coax was. lol. I would run one but I wouldn't choose a coax due to that.
  9. If I have the space and processing to run it active I'd choose a 3way any day of the week over 2way. When installed properly having a good midrange that can play down to around 300hz or so, being able to bring that much if your sound stage up on the dash is awesome to hear.
  10. Heard it sunday. Under really nice. Felt really nice too in the door lol. Love how it sounded I'm just not big on the furrrrrrrrr
  11. Same here. Didn't even see your truck but I know I saw you walking around at some point. Lol
  12. Let me think about it. Don't know if I want to let them go or not. I do have both in good shape. Speakers have mounting grills. Inwouldnprobably do 210 shipped for all of it. If interested let me know. Not in a rush to get rid of them. Have been sitting on them for probably 6 months now. Do you have a rep anywhere else on other sites or anything? Just see you just joined.
  13. If you push on the sub from a side the coil will rub. To see if it's rubbing you have to push dead center on the dust cap.
  14. How much you willing to spend on the mid and crossovers?
  15. Just raw dog comedy and sports. I like some of the talk shows on octane. Perry Ellis show etc.. Music isnt that great on it. Especially not metal.
  16. Haven't personally gotten enough clamped to see but someone reputable here told me he clamped 2200 and somewhere around 3000 on his XLs in the past and there was no difference on a meter. in other words once you get around the 2200ish mark it's the most that will make a difference. After that you're just adding heat.
  17. Either would work. I would probably try sub forward though. Very steep crossover.
  18. I'll be there. Should be a good show this year.
  19. I've had it for two years now I think. Maybe a little more. I'm picky so I won't be to harsh on it. Always had dish network before. He tv works great. Have 5 HD tvs in the house. 3 can watch hd or all can watch standard. Or three can watch hd and two can watch a recording. I'm not a fan of the dvr. Small storage space and no option to hook up a hard drive. The quality itself is ok. It compared to dish I always feel like I'm watching tv on the Internet. Just pixelation here and there that bugs me. Internet I have the 25mbps package. Usually always get around 22download and 3 upload. I added my own Citrix router since I had a lot of problems at first with the Internet just stopping. Have a lot of devices, three iPads, and laptops and iPhones. I know it is a lot demanding on a basic router. Works great after I added an external one. No phone service. Overall it was ok and I've definitely had worse but thinking about going to direct now. The have some good prices going on and a awesome dvr. I'd definitely recommend uverse for a new customer but once the promotions are over the prices are rape like any other provider. Went from 160ish during the contract to over 210 a month when the contract was up.
