Bondo and a sander. Use the sander to knock down any overhangs, then bondo it all smooth. Perfection takes time.

I just play them quiet for a while. Each day turning it up just a little. Some people are against break ins. But if you hit them hard right away or slowly let them into it they will get broken in eventually. So I say why not be safe with your investment. -
1/4 is a small radius. I think mine is 5/8. 3/4 is a really big round but looks sexy too.

What do the fuses add up to on the two amps?

Is that chode and his girl in the van? Haha -
Are your goals to get loud or just a "wow factor"? I think a port would get louder. And if you were going to do 4 subs, (2 working and 2 passive.) My not just get 4 working subs and be even louder? 90% of the people you meet wont have a clue what a passive radiator is and will just go "Wow it looks loud"

Got a tracking number. My friends Level 2 15" and my 1.2K amp will be here friday Too bad I'm leaving for the weeking Going off roading in a friends Jeep -
I'm starting with the trunk where the emblems where and behind my license plate. I'm going to be replacing the doors as for the floor my uncle is going to fix it. No offence man, but with that amount of rust it isnt worth it. You could spent weeks straight working on that and it will just come back next winter. Trust me I know with my truck....

Needs more port area. And the Aero will be kinda close to the back wall. Just like I said in the thread yesterday.......

So, been working on my friends car for the past couple of weeks, some of you have probably seen the build log. Its a 2011 VW Jetta. Anyway the first thing we did to the car was install his head unit, speaker amp, and speakers. Ever since then his airbag light has been on, meaning his airbags arnt working....Kind of a big deal. I only have two ideas as to what happened. 1. VW doesnt use a remote wire to turn on their radio. Its weird they use some kind of CAN BUS adaptor thing. So for the remote wire I ran some 18 gauge to the fuse box under the dash and tapped in there. None of the fuses are labeled so I just picked fuses until one worked. So I could have done something there. Note: Even if I switch fuses the air bag light is still on. I have also never put the stock radio back in to see if that fixes it. Thats the first thing I will try. 2. This one is kind of a shot in the dark but just by taking out panels and such I could have messed with a connector. I never unplugged anything but you never know with new cars. They can be picky. Please drop a suggestion. We need to get this fixed because air bags are important.
