If setup properly and with the correct amount of electrical the SK-4500.1D can usually be ran without a hitch at 0.5 ohm just like any of the other SK mono blocks.. That being said however - we cannot warranty them at that load because this unfortunately is not a perfect world and running below 1 ohm opens the door to many issues outside of our control if not properly installed. You will be quite happy with any SK Series amplifier you choose though =) the line has been around for years and very few changes have been made because of it's true and tested end user results. - Kevin

These are actually going to feature a generic 12" spoke basket on the 10/12/15" models and a 4 spoke on the 18". Regarding the other questions.. - The TXL-10 does feature a 3.5" Voice Coil like all of the other sizes in this series. It took an extensive amount of time and revisions to this particular size to get a coil of that size working optimally.. - TXL-10/12" spider diameter is 185mm - TXL-15/18" spider diameter is 205mm - The TXL series feature extra thick flat tinsel leads that can handle the rated power and then some without any problems. These along with the new IX series are not far out from arriving now and I am very excited to get these in customers hands! They are absolute monsters and should give our competitors exactly what they've been waiting for =) These can be pre-ordered on our website and about half of all the units arriving in 15 days have been persons already.

I have talked to many customers who run the RPX Coaxials as well as many shop owners who really love the quality/sound/price of them. They are a great mid-level price range coaxial speaker that perform well on both factory power and amplified power.
