  1. Mine had the same black stuff leaking, but only because it got punctured on the bottom. Xs told me to seal it with a plastic epoxy, I did and its been fine ever since
  2. if they were the cheapest ones ($50 ea, i'm sure they're not all 3ft) it would be $1450
  3. same I'm sure hundreds of hours have been put into this system but I was expecting something crazy like a quasi 88th order or something. But a 165 is ridiculous makes me want to buy some more sundown productsThat's the thing....they don't need to be overly complicated boxesMost are simple just with a lot of testing to get ratios/tuning right
  4. But if the amp only comes with single or dual inputs then shouldn't that be enough and that's how it should be tested? Idk that's my way of thinking about it
  5. So how does this thing work....you wont see these numbers installed in a real system right? This is perfect situation, voltage and no rise
  6. What car Some will run 14v no problem but I've heard some cars electronics don't like it
  7. 4 7500's is like 6 3100's according to xs so that beats the 5 you had on the list You have a lot of alt power, but if you think about it its only one battery per amp Do 6 7500's. Look at the money you have in it all, wont kill you to buy 2 more
  8. If this happened how would he control who sent what in and when? I could see him getting like 30 amps at once, so 30 weeks of videos he has to make? Then those people that send those amps in have to wait for theres to be done, packaged back up and shipped.....I could see some long wait times I'm sure he's already busy as it is I know he wouldn't just say "send them in all at once" but idk lol
  9. He's not asking how to do it, he's asking if his cars electronics will handle the higher voltage. Some do and some don't Just gotta wait and see if someone that has tried it will chime in or test it yourself
  10. usually 1/2" or so shorter....I assume it has a smaller pulley? Find out the stock length somewhere online than you can go on any parts site and look up one smaller than that. Gates are nice and they have a website with all the lengths and part numbers
  11. not if you want to stay above 13v for a decent amount of time, more batts would help.....2nd alt would be the best thing
  12. 3 group 31's minimum Need to keep the voltage up on those amps
  13. Effect what?.....they help to stabilize your voltage, keep it from dropping as much Wrap the 3400 in some sort of heat barrier when using under the Hood They can swell from the heat
