cactus sounds mk1 15-18s and for the OP if you want it to be a nice install clean and all this crap use a distro block on the outside of your box from one wire going out to 2 to the subs

could do a number of things could put in a T from one wire to 2 out to sub or you could just run 2 wires to the amp or you could try and shove it in the terminal 0 gauge wire ran to the subs they just trimmed it down a little

just throwing this out there those amps are power hungry and you might need to upgrade your alt if you haven't already and possibly add another battery

no it will squish the stripping down so it seals... its like a foam gasket i had to do my sunroof with it because it slapped real bad and it stopped it pretty well

i believe it had a cracked basket so why not have some fun with it before you recone it

weather stripping would be better it will seal alot better as its foam and not a hard carpet type material

some weather stripping around the edges should work

not being negative at all was just wondering because those bottom plates are shiny as hell and i would not be surprised if it scratched easy
