    Old roof tore off, along with the old wood base, new wood is already laid and the rubber is on the roof to be installed tomorrow :D

      Every thing is still not worked out, but fact is it NEEDS to be done, insurance covering it all, none or a little, it needs to be fixed!

      It was over 50 degrees here today. and should be 40+ tomorrow, and the next couple days
