  1. No Sundown because of the budget and because he says "no sundown" in his OP No AQ because in the 2nd post, he mentions that he knows about AQ. It doesnt fit his budget either. I realize that he said that. It was a simple question directed at the OP on why he didn't want them. I think an IA 40.1 would be a pretty good option. Not many people have them. Only way you could get one in your budget is to buy used though...
  2. At 2 ohms. I was referring to getting 2 3ks (1 per sub) Ohh gotcha. OP, why not sundown or AQ?
  3. At 2 ohms.
  4. As stated before, Kinetik or Deka.
  5. I've always set it with bass level at 0 and sub level at 15, and i've always set my gains by ear. Haven't ever had a problem.
  6. Kicker zx 400.1! Hell yea!
  7. I don't think the SAE line of amps is strappable...
  8. It will make sounds. You don't give us enough info.
  9. Lol, you serious?
  10. What channel? Edit: Nevermind found it lol.
  11. Never knew they made 9 gauge inputs for anything
  12. That should make pretty loud sounds. Jk, the specs look good. Only thing i would change is the 35 hz tuning to 32, but again that's just me.
  13. I believe that the type r has more motor force, and that combined with higher power handling makes me believe that the type r would be the better choice as far as loudness goes...
  14. What are the specs on your box and what frequencies are you bottoming out at? Also, what's your ssf set at?
  15. He said he needs the power to be at 1 ohm.
  16. 2 FI BL's would fit the bill nicely with that amp. Not sure what YOU consider lows, but for the general population ideal tuning is 30-34 hz.
  17. Maybe one of your rca's came loose. Happened to me before. I secured it back in and SHAZAM, it was bumpin again!
  18. For more current capacity and less resistance.
  19. Just saying it was the wrong advice.
  20. Fail. Lol. The 3000 is just 2 1500's strapped in one case.
  21. All connections are secure. Bumped with my old amp no problem today.
  22. Just did an amp swap... It did put out power to the sub but couldn't turn it up due to people sleeping, but at least i know now that it's the 20.1 Any idea of a ballpark figure for repair of my amp?
