  1. i was bored so i found all of these for you lol http://www.crutchfield.com/p_122D3400/XS-Power-D3400.html http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_38726_XS-Power-D3400.html http://www.wccaraudio.com/xs-power-12v-3400-group-34-agm-battery.html http://www.audiosavings.com/products/Car-Battery-and-Power-Cells/XS-Power-D3400-3300-Amp-AGM-Power-Cell-Car-Audio-Battery--Terminal-Hardware/D3400.aspx
  2. I have a D3100 and D3400 under the hood of my 08 tahoe. I'll try to get some pics but im not a big pic guy. The D3100 fits perfect in the passenger side tray of my tahoe, all i had to do was hammer down some spots on the tray. And i had to move the anti-freeze thing while dropping it in. A D3100 would not fit in the spare tray and i didn't really want to do much to try to make it fit so i just put my D3400 in that spot and that also fits perfect in there.
  3. If you don't mind me asking. what amps are you switching to?
  4. I used to run optimas also but switched to xs
  5. I saw last years pumpkin that you did. Interesting to watch you do things like this. Only a real basshead would put a sound system in some pumpkins haha.
  6. Cj, would you be able to let us know when this sale is close to being over?
  7. I bought some decals off of him and he shipped them fast and they were in great shape/condition. I would definitely buy from him again.
  8. Yes, a normal multi meter will work, just set it to ac voltage. On acv my dmm only has two setting 500v and 200v so I set mine to 200v ac. When testing this I was told not to set it lower than 10v ac because you can burn out your dmm.
  9. is the Lc6 dirty? if not you are probably not gonna need to switch out. I would love to sell you one but Audio Control makes good stuff so you are probably already good. The lc6i is not dirty. The problem I had was that the instructions for setting up the knobs on it say that when the maximized light is on then it is clipping and with my dd-1 I can turn up the gain knobs on the lc6i all the way up and not get distortion, but the maximized light does light up so that is where I had got confused. But what I did this time is I just went by what my dd-1 said and I ignored the maximized light on the lc6i. I also checked the output voltage of the lc6i and since I know I can go all the way up on the knob and get no distortion I just backed it down a lil to where I got 5v. So that's how I have it set now and I re-set my gain on my amp and now it is almost turned all the way down. So I guess I won't be needing the hlc-2 for now but I might in the future.
  10. I don't remember exacly what happened but I was not able to set it with my dd-1 so I had to set it like the instructions said. First I checked what my h/u clipped at with my dd-1 then I set the lc6i like the instructions said and then after it was set I set my gains on my amp with the dd-1. I will check it today so I can remember what the problem was.
  11. I love it already and don't even have one yet. I used to have those cheap little high low distortion converters lol and replaced them with an audiocontrol lc6i that was much better but now I'm getting the smd hlc-2 to replace my lc6i.
