What's your price range? I'd say look into Crescendo or AQ amps. Or look in the for sale section here, lots of good deals rolling through there right now.

He's saying that the amp only accepts 4 gauge.... Which means it probably doesn't do rated, so if you're looking for a true 2500 rms amp, get something else.

Steve, we're grateful to you. End of story. Do you realize how generous and inspirational you are to a lot of people? The amount of knowledge you and this website have to offer are incomparable. You do a lot or the car audio community and you have passion for the love of bass. You can't find that anywhere else. This. Trial and error. Each vehicle is different. Not everyone is going to use 45's in the corners. Not everyone is going to cut the wood exactly the same. That's why there's so many people building and rebuilding, building again, asking for advice, rebuilding again. There will be no "perfect box", but there will be a "this box might get as low as I want it". That's why there's a lot more interchangeable port designs coming out, easier to manipulate the outcome. I've seen your designs, haven't built one yet, but I'll be asking you for a design and I'll definitely be giving you my feedback and advice.

Check your brake fluid level. The sensor in there might be stuck and it's causing the light to be triggered. So either tap the master cylinder lightly and see if you can jar the sensor free, or if you can stick a skinny screwdriver in the master cylinder and knock the sensor free that way. Just make sure you get no brake fluid on the paint!!!!

Can you take a pic of the wires/back of the unit? Can't really find anything online.... It sounds like a constant 12v wire you're talking about, but with 2 ends on it.... A little confusing lol
