seemed like it.. took me an hours to do my transaction it was only 3 cars ahead of me. first female took ages. then a male that took 2 minutes then another female that took about 15 minutes. then it was me and took 1 minute or 2.. its that way every time i go t an atm. seems like they cant keep track of money.
