You can always liquid foam it up in the gaps. . .then use the SS where needed -

Yep up on the top of the dash.. It worked out really good. The tweeters just dropped right in. A little sanding on the oem original speaker cover to make it fit. nothing major. Flush. Nice man. I like how you made the speaker grills for the real panel. I might do the same for my car but not sure about if cutting some metal might affect the stability or rigity of my frame. Still want my car to hug the road with less roll and still sound good.

You know you have a point there. Bleed. But then he did say that the alt couldnt even support his factory electrical as well as his stock alt. . . Ebay has some good stuff but then again you never know what your going to get. HAHA -

You get what you pay for. Guess its worth putting that extra buck into getting one that gives you true amps at low idle. -
The box specs are different for each sub right. . .

Take out that amp and set it up on a test bench and see if its working. If it works then there's a problem somewhere in the set up.

I've already done that too. Everything looks good. Just cant trace down the buzzing noise. My guess at 1st was the transformer. . .

Try using a random sub just sitting around if you have any and see if that one smells too after some play time. . .
