I use a circular and a straight edge. You don't need a table saw.
Be sure to take plenty of pics during the process.

wow well took the gaskets off my subs to do a 100% inspection and test the coils and part of the surround is half ass glued/released from the basket.................

Idk, B stock can be anything depending on the company. Seriously. Like I know SS b stock is still better than some places premium stock. So what would their B stock be? Oh god, who knows. Lol. I mean shouldn't be broken like how it came to you, but I wouldn't expect a 100% functional and whatnot product from B stock. Either way, yeah, probably have to pay for shipping as to which... GOOD LUCK! lol.

Not to be a fanboy but RF pretty good. Lol. Like I say, never fully pushed them til few days ago (and even then, don't believe it was to their limits) and I was way more than impressed. Idk wtf my score would be and honestly don't care. I like my subs. Just wish I had a trunk

what is a good floating voltage number/full charge? my tiny charger wont float over 13.4-13.5 after about 2 days after a 24+ hour charge all 4 of them are resting at 12.9 (as of today)

well all have been charged overnight/part of the day and they are all siting @ 13.xx hopfully nate chimes in on the possible damage(if any) ill be keeping them in the house till i get them installed/watching them daily to make sure there isnt a drastic drop in resting voltage

to late lol i used alot of bondo already they where smooth the gaps are on the bottom... where the pods meet the door... their carpeted and glued to the doors as of right now... im going to get some tiny screws i think and screw it to the door... i dont want em to fall of

lol im sure the cells are fine i just wanna know if i should expect less output from them... low life? if it is caused by the cold how am i suppose to keep the voltage up during a wisconsin winter... lol

well i got 3 d975s and a d925 all of them are where brand new and less than 6 months old after my jimmy build stopped (due to engine then tranny problems) i took all of them out charged em up (i have a cheap 10 dollar charger from harbor freight but its only 1.5a and it doesnt charge over 14v from what my DDM says) link to my charger http://www.harborfreight.com/automatic-battery-float-charger-42292.html and put them in their box's for about a week and brought them out charged em (they where all sitting @ 12.8ish) its been maybe a week to 10 days since the last charge and all of them are reading 12.3-12.4!!!!! the only thing i can think of is we had a pretty bad temp drop (from 50s at night down to about 30 or lower) could this cause them to drop like that? they are in my storage shed which is not climate controlled i have them on a friends charger for now battery tender from advanced autoparts http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/BTD0/0210128/N0360.oap?ck=Search_battery+charger_N0360_-1_-1&keyword=battery+charger&pt=N0360&ppt=C0005 how fu*kd are they? i mean they are still above 12v but from what i read and the reaseacrch i did you have to keep them above 12.6 otherwise sulfur deposits will collect on the cells

I can think of even worse things to do on a Friday night. Teaching a noob some car audio things... "What's a capacitor?" "You see, it's this thing that you stick up Adam's butt and it gets charged, it'll provide some power but not for long so you have to keep doing it repeatedly". Lmfao!! Ok I'm going to watch movies now.

i love how xda developers do it (for selling phones/tablets) 500 min posts or 1 year min ( to be come a power seller you must have several site references) if its your first transaction a moderator will receive the payment/item and ship/send to you/buyer but those guys get paid for it/their job must be 18 to buy/sell/trade or parents must do it (to avoid stupid problems that a high schooler could cause i.e. shipping late cause missed school bus/city bus lol) im sure there is a way to "hide" the for sale/wtb/wtt section until you have 150 or w/e posts im sure most of the moderators/admins are to busy to worry about stupid stuff tho (not saying this is a dumb idea) i think n8baller/any mod should just insta ban anyone without the proper post count/join date that post in those sections i
