If my understanding of the legal system is what I think it is, you do have to go to trial. Its just you defend yourself by saying it was self defense. Honestly, were he not a convict, his chances would likely be higher. But the fact he has a unsavory history is going to weigh into it, and may be the straw that breaks the camel's back. This is all dependent on the jury, and whether or not they agree with me or some dumbass that believes two aggressive customers should be able to jump the counter and beat employees senseless. lol well i know that, thats why i said hes being charged not convicted

in most cases its alot louder compared to sub port back. obviously there are exceptions. lets you use more volume when building boxes. sometimes it lets you play ALOT lower than you could with other configs. you can smell coil alot faster if you like to clip. you can also hear mechanical limit sooner. to some people it sounds better. basically it ACTS like a wall, but it still isnt a wall lol.

Yes. And it is violated very often here. Every single download link for a slowed & boosted song is illegal. Not that it much matters as in the end we are doing this for non-commercial use and are increasing exposure for the artist. Yeah the maps not to bad but they def have a lot of glitches to fix in the game prior to release. Weird flashes and sometimes the controls dont work properly. I have trouble running then going to crotch. And at one point my scope quit working on my gun, so i had to hip fire the entire game. thats the whole point of the beta lol. theyve made ALOT of changes from the alpha to the beta, so new problems will arise because of it, but they plan on doin patches on the regular and doing a day 1 patch as well as i think a week one patch. they might do a patch tomorrow too for the worldwide open beta. gotta give them credit theyre putting in serious work
