What Are the enclosure specs? What type of music do you listen too?

So 150 watts x2 at 2 ohm? With my math I get about a 40w difference which is definitely big when we are talking about 150 watts.

You could utilize a line driver that can adjust gain for each channel.

No you turn it down till its clean grab a dmm and turn the other gain down till the voltage matches the other channel then check for distortion again just to be sure.
