THEKINGsBACK
Profile California Ap 1200 :yahoo: Quote he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:

JeremyN
Coustic 380 Running 4 babb 6x9's those amps were no joke back then! Good shit! I had Coustic 380's! old skool FTW. my first was a coustic amp 190. said 125 watts RMS yea when pigs fly. any way. it still works and i still use it to power the sub on my home theater system. actualy sounds kinda decent. on to teh pics, CHYEA actually, that Coustic 190 was a good amp....DEFINITELY did its rated power. Whats so hard to believe about 125w rms? Thats EASY. LOL i dont know about Coustic NOW but back then it was good equipment. the amps up till 1996 were true power and excellent quality I used to work for a shop that was a coustic dealer ..... back when shops had to be real dealers ....I still use a crossover and an amp from their 1995 line in my current system Quote 2 12" Jeff Vue Customs 1 set MB Quart FSB 216 in doors1 American Bass 100.1 on sub1 Hertz EP2 on doorsJVC deck IPOD controlStock 105 amp alt DD-1big 3new build in Chevy caviler http://www.stevemead...chevy-cavalier/last set up in the ZX2 http://www.stevemead...-current-build/old build log http://www.stevemead...-1998-ford-zx2/ Gold is the money of kings, silver is the money of gentlemen, debt is the money of slaves. samslowp1s
Rockford Fosgate 160a2 back in 2000. It was the first amp I ever owned. It was pushing a 12" punch HE2 in a sealed box and sounded OK. Edited April 29, 2011 by samslowp1s
Sammitch0
I ran a 12" Rockford Punch that had been sitting in my friends shed for like 9 years (and this kid ontop of it can't get a NEW woofer running let alone a 9 year old one) that was in a ported box that was heavier than my 18" + box now (dunno wat they used but it was THICK and HEAVY!) it wasnt tuned you could tell amatures made it. I ran that off a 800.4 XPLOD that was given to me. I then bought an XPLOD 1000.2 and run two RF HE2's (these things were actualy bangin!) in sealed sub-zero boxes. The thing actually was loud as HELL! I later sold it all and bought me a single 15" FI SSD stock and ran that off an Alpine MRP-450 @ 2ohm and sold those and now im running my current setup and by the end of summer I hope to add a 2nd 18" :-p Quote Grand Cherokee Team Backwoods Bumpers DC 15" Level 3's /w 4 Coils Pioneer deh4200ub Pioneer 3-ways Pioneer Tweeters Pioneer GM-D9500F Audiopipe 1500.1D @ 14.4v Clarion Equalizer Knuconeptz Kollosus 0ga Knuconpetz Kollosus 4ga Coming Soon: 270xp / xs1200
