Don't forget you will need a lot of bracing or fiberglass as well or that box is going to BREATHE

Using allthread to cut down bracing displacement and the inside will be resined.

hahaha, who talked you into .7ohm strapped? me or rusty?

If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.

You put the idea in my head, thanks. I haven't talked to Rusty yet, but know what he's gonna say lol. It'll be 1.4 total, .7 per amp, so I should be okay.

A 4" coil in the TSNS would handle the 150 road better than a 3" coil for sure, especially in a 12 vs.12 situation

remember that a 4" coil is heavier and needs more power to move. plus all the world records have been done with 3" coils.

I'm not arguing and I see the OP has made a decision, but I'm extremely happy with my TSNS. I've used plenty of 3" coil subs and I can say this one gets louder on music with less power than any sub I've ever used. :drinks: In the 4-5kw range this is the loudest single sub I've ever used.

i would love to be able to do a drop in test of a tsns. if they got louder than my XLs i would be a customer. has anyone done any side by side testing of a tsns and another sub?

i would suggest keeping your port area number between your port area range. keeps things in the safe side.

2-RF T2500-1bd

box 14cu.ft after displacement tuned @ 32hz.
