RAM_Designs
Easy way to do it is grab some 3/4" plexi and just double up 3/4" mdf on the side you want to have the window. Then just create a recessed spot for it to sit in with a 1-1.5" lip to sit on all around. 6berry
if you use 3/8 then it would probably be too thin with the btl pushing on it then it would flex and sound like poopy. 3/4" would be about right but it also depends on the size of the window Quote 1999 Audi A4 1.8T::: 4 - DC Level 3 10's in a 4th order Rockford P6002 on Subs for now (3-3.5k coming eventually) MB Quart ONX4.60 for Mids and Highs Boston S50 Components in Front Boston S65 Coaxials in Rear 40 Sq Ft of Second Skin Damplifier Build Thread UBL 1948 Plymouth
