This is the most powerful T4k in Australia it was hand picked by the Rockford distributor. To put into perspective how strong these woofers (an older model quad 2 ohm IIRC) are we were running one in a 9ft^3 enclosure off the T4000 @ 2ohms and it loved it. Did 146dB on music at 38Hz in his 4WD which we thought wasn't too shabby. I would definitely say these subs are underrated at only 1000w. He wasn't seriously injured but the car is a write-off, really buckled.
