Reminded me of the time I caught my knuckle on the edge of a tiger-paw when I was cleaning up one of my welding coupons, went right through my welding glove and about 2/16ths of the skin before I knew what happened. I've taken off lots of skin with flap discs, wire wheels, all sorts of crap and it doesn't hurt until you wash it.
