At night, next to cars with children, and in residential areas are the only times I refuse to go full tilt.

You may be offended by the above. Don't take it personally, I'm just abrasive.

I also turn it down when I see cops.

in houston, cops dont really care unless you are like side by side and you are shaking their patrol car. lol. as blownengine said, i wouldnt want to give us basshead a bad name like those damn hoodlums bumping their crappy boss system with a pos power horn on their grill(so fucking annoying)

How do the Japanese feel about bass?

You know that since 03/11/11

I do to but I have never seen someone get pulled over for playing their system. My friends never turn it down past cops. (They are just that cool ) and they have never gotten pulled over.

I even gave a cop a demo once and he loved it. Haha

I've found myself turning my system up when I'm next to someone that's talking on their cell phone/doing their make up/being ignorant while driving. Does anyone else do this?

I keep it down at red lights, residential areas, and night time but those kinds of people just piss me off.

Yes. lol

I do it for courtesy of the law.

Their constantly getting calls and what not from headquarters. I wouldn't want to make them not be able to hear a call and then get pulled for obstruction of justice or something... hahaha
