If you don't have time or materials to make a crate or have the original packaging. what I've always done is get a strong plastic bag put it around the woofer then put it in the box. After that fill it with great stuff. Its really not as expensive, as big of a pain in the ass, as having to go through a broken parts claim on paypal.
