n8ball2013
blade size is not as important as the table. if you are trying to do full sheets id look elsewhere. panel saw would be it for full sheets. captainhook426
here's what I did. I need to update the thread with the rest of the pictures... but if it helps use it. Or you can look through kingsuv's shop build log on the second page at the moment and look at his design. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/116925-built-in-table-saw-build/ Next time she tries to punch you in the stomach, whip your wiener out and chase her around. kingsuv
As anyone that has a shitty saw will tell you. It isnt so much the saw, its the fence quality that you need to be concerned with. I spent 40 bucks for my skilsaw 10" contractors table saw and built a simple table around it . Works great and I have cut countless sheets over the years with it. Cheap saw, good blade and a great fence. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
