BASS14 Posted November 4, 2007 Report Share Posted November 4, 2007 i have 2 12" TC-1000s in a 6cu.ft. box and alpine deck...and when i turn the volume up higher than 24 which is my listening volume...the dash moves and which causes my deck to skip? which sucks cause my amp and subs have so much left in them but i cant tun them up anymore. i am gettin a eclipse CD5000 deck which i hope helps a little and then i am thinkin bout gettin some dynamat.so if there is anyone that knows of or has any ideas to help that would be great! You should be happy with the CD5000, my buddy had one in his car, just sitting in the dash. His old system was 146ish dB @ 38Hz and the thing literally jumped around in the dash and no skipping whatsoever. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more.
