Has any one ver used this headunit? If so how did you like it, the performance , dilikes and likes?

yeh i was looking into this H/U, i have an older alpine cd player (2002), playing the ipod thru my ai-net cable via phono plug to ipod. i'd really love to hear my ipod's music through the usb port.

I use it and like it a lot!

I use to use the cda-105, then went to the cda-117.

Biggest thing I hate with the 117 is the usb for flash drives is slow. It does some banking thing with the songs and is just hideous. Works decent with Ipod/Iphone however.

Here are 2 video reviews I done on it, learned a bit more for faster song selections after the videos tho.
