Real96SS Posted October 15, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 15, 2012 Another wonderful CarShow here in Italy and also my last. Had a really good time giving out demos and competing. So numbers wise on the Term Lab I got a 152.9@38hz and for War Machine 1 min 30 sec I had a 150.6 average. Took home Absolute SPL which is the loudest at the show along with some other hardware. I will miss the shows here in Italy. The people are extremely nice and the shows are always professional and friendly.This may also be the last time the Avy competes. I'm thinking about trading it in when I get to Vegas for the 2013 model which will be the last year for the Avy. Yeah man 13 December I'm on a flight heading home. Got everything pulled out now and boxed up ready to be shipped back.Still debating the next build but I know I'm using 2 9k's on 4 subs.Still up in the wind on the subs.Alternators are also getting upgraded to the DC 370xp alts and switching batteries out with XS D3100's. So its going to be another long big build log here soon.Oh new box will be a 6th order more likely. I'm shipping it back and its easier going back because its all done by the military since its my only vehicle now.As of now the plan is to keep it or upgrade to the last year 2013 Black Diamond edition. Either way the system that I have right now far exceeded its initial goal of 150. I started out at a 149.8 at the beginning of the season and ended it with a 152.9.Now that I'm headed back stateside and plan on competing there also, I need to build for a certain class.So new setup goal will be 154's on music.I think that's more than achievable doing 4 15's or 18's on 2 9Ks. Going to take awhile to get everything but hopefully before next summer its done. Anyways I been working with Xtreme Car Audio here to get a new box design for the Avy. I wanted to do 4 15's but he wants me to do 4 18's instead and said that I have enough room if I put the batteries under the truck. So here's what we came up with And my favorite video I did with the setup before i pulled it out. Got some mad dome light flex and I'm surprised it didn't fall out like it usually does on less flex.
