Broke_Audio_Addict
I also got these bad boys for free in a way. Story was guy had 2 soundqubed 3500 n 2 crescendos 1100.2 and these subs I paid him $1500 for all Then sold the amps for $1500 Basically got these subs free lol I'll give you $50 plus shipping for them That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Wehan
Sony PS-212 Turntable (1978) Original Discwasher Mint condition straight from the 70's (new ones are apparently junk) and a billet stainless steel 45 adapter. I got the vinyl free from FYE back in 2013 and it has been on a shelf since then until now. And yes, I know speakers on the desk with the turntable and anything on top of the receiver is a no-no but it is strictly temporary for testing purposes, going to get it all set up properly soon. Speakers are American Acoustics (MTX) 6.5 2 ways from mid 80's and the receiver is a Harmon/Kardon HK490i from mid 80's as well. Cant wait to grow my vinyl collection. STEvil
I've never used a Griot's charger, but I have 100's of hours on one of their dual action buffers. That thing kicks ass, and I hope that charger performs as well for you a the buffer has for me. Sweet! and thanks, yea I hope so too 4x R9 290x's, 2 with xspc fullcover blocks And some other stuff I didnt grab pics of yet 4770K w/ xspc block 2x Asus Maximus Extreme 6's 16gb corsair 2800mhz ram Obsidian 900D with 1x480mm rad, 1x360mm rad, 2x d5 pumps in combo bay/res. i7 mini-pc (current retail $550usd) and a few other odds and ends. Made out like a bandit on the price. About $800cdn Holy shit, you are a straight thief, jk, lol, but for real, that is insane low for all that gear, I know none is new but you know, still......... Well, some of it was new or less than an hour use actually. Picked up a second matching i7 mini-pc, $100cdn. MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. 79 cutty
Been keeping the UPS guy busy the last few days lol. I finally caved and picked up a "video game system" for my son's 7th bday in September. Ordered a new 3DSXL, screen protectors, charger, hard shell case, and a soft shell case is still on the way: I came to terms with caving solely based on him also wanting books so I picked up the series he has been reading: Picked up some new "daily" wear kicks: A "daily" wear hat: Also picked up some light duty torque wrenches (3/8" and 1/2".) I had a bunch of rewards points from purchasing our new oven/microwave from Sears so the two wrenches only cost me the price of shipping. See how they hold up as I have heard very mixed reviews on them: Also ordered a trailer hitch I have to install on the wife's vehicle so we can slap a bike rack on there. I found a grade III 2" x 2" for $125 shipped which made me laugh so hard as they asked if it was an option we wanted added on when I bought her car for only $500!! Lol Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. Quality takes time and dedication, but the end results more than pay for it.
