JEFFYBOI Posted September 19, 2014 Report Share Posted September 19, 2014 Got a deal on a few old school items i couldn't pass up on. Got a Stinger SP1700. Checked it with a DVM looked great. No dead or weak cells.Ok im not real familiar with these subs but from what i read they are pretty good for how old they are. Orion XTR 15s 4 ohm DVC. Coils checked out great, just needs a minor repair on 1 of the leads.Now this is actually the item that caught my attention! The old Concept CC-d2400a This thing gots 1/0 lugs 4 x 40 amp fuses. This amp was under rated i beleive. Its specs say 2400 @ 1 ohm and thats at 12.XX volts im pretty sure. I plan to run it at 1 ohm load even though i hear alot of people saying they run it at .5 daily no problems. So what do you think its worth, and how much do you think i paid? I have heard great things about this concept amp but at the same time alot of people say they are unreliable. What about the Orion subs? I have looked through all the Orion xtrs and i cant find anything that looks like these ones. They were rated at 12.8 and would do rated on a daily system. They werent going to give you 20 percent extra or anything but they did just fine.
