basshead7890 Posted August 21, 2015 Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 looks like a nice house but I aint going to lie that electrical box next to your driveway and that limp looking fire hydrant that looks as if its going to fall over would drive me nuts. curb appeal = 0. not that my house is better or anything, but Id just keep on driving if I seen that. lol I agree but I'm on a small budget and have to make sacrafices. This was the best house in my price range. audiofanaticz Posted August 21, 2015 Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 I guess I never seen a fire hydrant dead in the middle of someones yard, let alone so poorly installed. Usually they are always on the grass between the sidewalk and the street. The electrical box could be a null issue if they at least gave you room to blend it in with some shrubs or something, but again usually see those in the way back of yards by an alley or where your yard meets your neighbors yard on the other side of the block.
