carshateme Posted December 15, 2011 Report Share Posted December 15, 2011 Hifonics has excellent customer service...if you just call them and tell them the problem...they'll send a replacement...then you gotta figure out what you're doing wrong...I own a HIF2000D...never had a problem with it until recently...the ground chip inside the amp shorted out and fried a couple components. Since I don't know crap about how amplifiers work...I just called them and they sent me a new amplifier no questions asked. New build coming soon.
