keep that in mind with steel being harder than brass and its hard for me to believe its not going to cause more wear on extractors and stuff like that.

that is exactly why i dont use it. from working in machining, i know that if your building a part that is gonna have a wear point, it is better to use a brass bushing because that is cheaper to replace than the entire part. brass is softer than steel so the brass will wear instead of the critical parts of the gun. i have seen failures happen in all kinds of guns due to steel case ammo. it will really kill the hell out of an ar15 extractor and bolt face.

That steel cased shit is NASTY as hell... I tried it one time because my buddy swore by it but i loaded 10 rounds and out of 10 rounds 6 of them FTF plus the residue that the lacquer leaves behind is a bitch to clean

I saw a guy with a brand new acr shoot that wolf shit and the lacquer melted and stuck the case in the chamber. then did it to an ar-15 about ten minutes later.
