Yes, the XP3000 does have smaller pads than the D3100. That is a limiting factor in the instantaneous power output. Like has been said many times the XP3000 has less instantaneous power than the D3100. It has even been brought up that you couldn't use the same buss bars to hook up XP3000 and D3100 together, because the terminals are different.

The pads on the XP3000 is actually like the old D3100 pads, and they still have close to twice the surface area that the other battery in that video has.

It is rated for 3000 watts, So do a load of about 250-300 amps for X amount of time. Would like to see 30-60 seconds. We know its not the d3100 so no need to compare them at 500 amps. I ordered two of them and am very curious to see a test on this battery.

well i just compared the xp3000 to my d975, and the d975's terminal pad was larger smh.

There is less than a .5V difference on a 30 second 500 amp load between the XP3000 and D3100.

Why u guys keep complain as Nathan explain in earlier post what the difference was, if no one likes it just don't buy this type by the D series that simply majority of ppl complaint won't even notice the difference unless used in burp applications other then that its fine for street beating
