I kid I kid.... hit up ray on that allthread! Beatmode then 1 or 2 per side, maybe get some plate and drill 3 holes in it couple for screws one for the bolt in the middle (think 1/4" thick 2 or 3 " x 10 and put on the top bottom on the inside like a huge washer to increase the area its holding)

So, I took out the subs and checked for an damage to the current bracing. The vertical 1" dowels going floor to port and horizontal going baffle to back wall are holding solid. However, the dowel between the side walls broke free, which explains why the sides were breathing. I would love to use that big ass allthread, but there is no way to get it in at this point. So i'll use steel, either rod or square tubing, to bring the side walls together. Also adding a few angle brackets inside where the port meets the baffle, which will be tricky since I have to open them up by 15 degrees.

What are some good places to find steel for bracing? Home Depot and Lowes are pretty limited.

Too bad you can't use all thread, if you could find a way to get some in there, use some sort of turnbuckle setup to pull the sides towards each other and keep a constant pressure on them.... Don't know if I'm making any sense to you or not lol, the theory in my head seems legit

They make all-thread couplings. Get two pieces of all-thread that are about an inch shorter than the actual distance needed for one whole piece and use the coupling to bring them together.
