Once it's tightened all the way you shouldn't be able to turn it by hand. It wont resonate/rattle if you're worried about it. I used it in my wall on two front to back pieces. If you question the integrity of it, you can always jb weld the joints. Or weld them for real if you've got the resources to do so. I was thinking a 49 to start, so being only .6 from that is acceptable. I have things to fix. Anyway, I still got some hardware. Try to get a 3/4"threaded rod from side to side, put lock washers and your fucking set! ALPINE408 Posted May 9, 2012 Report Posted May 9, 2012 I just make one hole an oval so you can put the allthread in at an angel just one side then you can get the whoel allthread in there fill the whole big ass fener washers done I've done this a few times on builds where the box could not go in with all thread on tight fit Have you ever had your woofers blown?
