runner800
I read some where that rubbing down with talc helps, and I guess I should get a decent respirator not one of those crappy 50 cent masks.

Autruche
My friend's neighbor is a painter and he gave me a full body suit to wear when grinding fiberglass. I use a simple dust mask and safety glasses along with that. Before that I'd just wear old clothes I didn't care about (just pants and a long sleeve shirt with gloves) and I never had an issue. Just try to cover up any bare skin, and if you get it on you, take a cold shower when done. Need Test Tones/Sine Waves? n8ball2013
if you do ge tit on you take a cold shower. The warm water causes your pores to open. Then you get the fiberglass shit in your pores and you itch. What Ill do is get it as cold as I can stand and then stand wiht the water right in front of me wihtout hitting me and hten wash my hair and head out. Rinse head down so all the shit comes off.
