Clear on both sides, didn't check to teh left again and pulled out, then I noticed the headlights of a jacked up F250 or F350 barreling right towards me. I managed to punch it and got away. Scared the crap out of me. I was in an Alero. The road I was on was right by the edge of town, which goes to the landfill and a couple of meat packing plants (I was pulling out of a parking lot that I used to turn around since it was a narrow 2 lane road). Scared the crap out of me I hate making left turns, especially where cross traffic doesn't stop. Herokight Posted October 23, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 23, 2012 I went to get some personal belongings out of it and the guy at the junk yard said "Last time I saw you I was lifting the roof off your car." They're auctioning it off since my insurance had been cancelled and we didn't have money to pay for the tow bill. So I couldn't get any of my music equipment either. They don't consider it personal belongings. Oh well. If I ever recover and can drive again, I'll just start over. I can ride in a car, but just sitting in the driver's seat makes me nervous. I still hallucinate, get dizzy, and have a bunch of other problems. I have no clue who would buy that car for anything close to what they have "put into" it. I owe them $500 for towing and storage.
