I had a 4 compset as centerspeaker on a Rainbow CSP 25 (25 watt RMS Monoamp). to get the mid full by 2 compset´s of Dynaudio 6.5 comps in the frontdoors. You really want to think of terms of listening to the whole sound spectrum and how to accomplish accurately reproducing it first. Staging and depth come into play as well but, really those are things to be achieved by speaker placement. If you are truly trying to raise your stage you may want to be open in moving and fabricating speaker placements.
