Here you go, Steve. You wanted to see it dance...it's dancin'! Unfortunately, that also means I need MOAR POWA, but I'll take care of that this summer. Mechman 320 S series alternator and XS Power D3400 (single battery). Thanks to your VM-1, I can now see (in real time) that my voltage holds steady at 15V while driving, at least until I turn the volume up. At idle, in park, it shows around 14.7, with voltage drops to the high 11's when pushing my system.

This video was taken while in park. You can kind of see where the car was sitting at idle when the bass drops (voltage drop to 12.something) then rises a bit when I advanced the throttle. Voltage is much better when driving.

hey man i really like the video's!! the third one has no sound though...but that's ok, still looks good, thanks for making them!! Video #2 with that techno beat really shows off the difference between ours and a standard digital display. The numbers on a digital display would be all over the place and by the time ours went up and down 3 times that "other" brand would still be trying to decide what voltage to show you LOL.
