OrionStang
Sweet. I also need to hear this! To see what could of been if I went with two 3500s. Its hard to get the amps matched, man. I got one sub moving more than the other. Gonna redo the gains and filters tomorrow, just to make sure they are perfectly matched. IH8PunkRok
i wouldnt worry too terribly much about them moving differently. break them in good and hard and they will move the same. also i have no idea how the CC-1 does matching but in testing I've seen a much better score by matching amperage instead of voltage. was something stupid like a .4 gain on the meter -Matt2005 Dodge Magnum RTJVC KD-AVX1 2 PPI S580.2 Obsidian Audio ST1 Horn Tweeters PRV 8MB450s Audio Legion 3500.1D 2 RE MT 18s 360 ah LiFePO4 BatterySHCA 2/0 155.2 @ 29 hzKicker CVR 15's buildDD 3512e buildMini T-Line Build(6) 8s BuildNightshade 15s Wall BuildMagnum AB XFL 12s BuildNewest Magnum Build
ChevyBoy95
an easy quick check, unhook the subwoofer leads from the amp, and play a tone, see if the output AC voltage of the amps matches or is very close. OrionStang
Now one of the 3500's is in protect. It was fine on the way to school, then when I started it to come home, protect light was on. Things I tried when I got home: 1. Disconnect rca's, still protects 2. Disconnect speaker wires, still protects 3. CHecked power/grounds for stray strands, nothing, still protects 4. I even removed the voltmeter from the positive terminal, still protects 5. Tried it with isolated remote wire (was connected to other amp), still protects Im truly getting to the end of my patience. Too much time, money, sweat, even blood, for disappointment after disappointment. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
