It was the cheese, cooled down enough to be fine to eat but the cheese was like a soup almost because they threw on soooooooo much. Ohhhhh, that's why you're "supposed" to fold your pizza usually. It's more italian-like, but they also don't throw on a whole cow-worth of cheese on their pizzas. So american pizza, I can understand.
