For those who have never made candy, tempered eggs, etc.....very delicate process, and very technical. Easily screwed up at many phases, but worth it! Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. Quality takes time and dedication, but the end results more than pay for it. My favorite is the one from bb kings Blues club in Memphis but I can't find it for sale anywhere other then there. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

Hard boiled eggs, fresh grated parm, green peppers, banana peppers, jalapenos, carrots, onions, tomato, colby jack, green olives, couple goldfish crackers instead of croutons, sauted chicken, and some salsa instead of dressing.
