OrionStang Posted April 4, 2015 Report Posted April 4, 2015 Left side is about a pound of pulled pork, right side is a bit over a half pound of beef brisket, might be close to a pound. Both slow smoked all day today. One of the perks of living in a complex that houses many lower ranking Marines. These dudes got drunk and made way too much food, and offered me some BBQ. Like i'm gonna turn that down. I did not expect this much though. Fuck it, the fridge and an airtight container will keep it nice.
