to much power for n3?

i had 2 fi btl n3 18s in around 10 cube box tuned 28 hz i had few people tell me my amps are more then enough i have 2 planet audio bb 2400.1 for each sub but i wanted to upgrade to dc 3.5k each this is a daily dumper if that helps any is that to much for them for daily

Not if its tuned properly.Those subs are rated at 3000 if I remember correctly and with box rise and what not you wont see 3500 from the DC's

Its too many variables to say how much you would be getting. Like Orion said the 3500's are a perfect match though but 5k's would sound oh so sweeter :)

Those Planet Audios aren't gettin it. I would do a 3.5k on each minimum or a preferably a 9k for the pair.

My n2s handle my 5ks like no big deal

clamped 67xx watts to the pair of em

so im sure the n3s can handle a decent amount more power

There should be no problem at all for those subs to handle the power... as long as its properly tuned.... Im gonna throw an NS-1 on my N2s next....
