Omega5002
I loved how it turned out, and nice score too on that much power, dropping to 10 volts, and on that low of a frequency as well. 2003 Kia Sorento Team Subsonic LowsTeam Bassin' on a Budget2016 Rebuild Under Construction Best score: 150.2 at 40hz (3k, 2 Custom HDC3 15's) Usaci style(door open, in the kick)
STEvil
You should try the compressed method to build the pieces of the box separately then just glue it together at the seams and internally Wish I could afford some of that compressed CF to build my mud truck with MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. Captain Stupid
22hz?!?! God damn... That's exactly what I said. Well, after I asked "are you sure it was 22?" several times! Thats sick man. 2 thumbs up Thanks man!! I loved how it turned out, and nice score too on that much power, dropping to 10 volts, and on that low of a frequency as well. Thanks man. Can't wait to do the upgrades and get a better number. Then again, it IS a CP amp, so the numbers may not be that different between 1ohm at 14.4 and 1ohm at 10.5 Maybe I'll go start a thread in the amp section see what people's opinion is on that subject? 2006 Cadillac Escalade 2/3 drop on 28" wheels Two RE SX 18" subs RF T2500-1bdCP amp, 3531watts on birthsheet Custom carbon fiber sub box EVERYTHING else is stock, for now 149.4 @ 37hz, Termlab, dash, open window on two AQ3 18s all stock electrical, wired to .25 ohm on a RF T2500 148.8 @ 36hz, Termlab, dash, open window on one AQ3 18 all stock electrical, wired to .5 ohm on a RF T2500 147.8 @ 38hz, Termlab, legal, sealed on two RE SX 18s 146.4 @ 36hz, Termlab, legal, sealed on one RE SX 18 Link to my hack-built, stupid, carbon fiber wasting project.... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/149946-carbon-fiber-box-update-1494db-37hz-on-tl/ http://gifsoup.com/NDM3MTc1MQ

Captain Stupid
wow congratz, thats a incredible score for 22hz. what's the box tuned to? Measurements of the MDF box before adding the CF on the Torres Calculator yielded 10.91 cubic feet net at 35hz. I'm honestly not quite sure how much the CF may have changed those numbers. I should probably fiddle a bit with the Torres and see what I come up with. 2006 Cadillac Escalade 2/3 drop on 28" wheels Two RE SX 18" subs RF T2500-1bdCP amp, 3531watts on birthsheet Custom carbon fiber sub box EVERYTHING else is stock, for now 149.4 @ 37hz, Termlab, dash, open window on two AQ3 18s all stock electrical, wired to .25 ohm on a RF T2500 148.8 @ 36hz, Termlab, dash, open window on one AQ3 18 all stock electrical, wired to .5 ohm on a RF T2500 147.8 @ 38hz, Termlab, legal, sealed on two RE SX 18s 146.4 @ 36hz, Termlab, legal, sealed on one RE SX 18 Link to my hack-built, stupid, carbon fiber wasting project.... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/149946-carbon-fiber-box-update-1494db-37hz-on-tl/ http://gifsoup.com/NDM3MTc1MQ
