Joe X
Aero ports are the way to go if you want a noticeable performance difference, if your port area was correctly set you won't really win a lot.
viper1315
I rounded the port edge inside the box and it is nice and smooth but i guess we will see what happens when i play it. its all glassed on the inside and has dowels. 2001 GMC Sierra DC Audio Build =http://www.stevemead...o-level-4-build 2001 GMC Sierra XSPower D3400 Pioneer AVHD 1400 MB Quart Component Sets Pioneer 5x4s Audiotechnix Power Wire, Speaker Wire, Sound Deadener DC Audio Level 4 10s DC Audio 3.5k Rocford Fosgate R400-4 HID 6k Slammed Truck on 20s Candy Blue. SnowDrifter
I round all my edges, but not for performance or anything. I do it so there is less of a chance of the mdf peeling apart on the corner. ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
john253a
I also to the same as snowdrifter, and for the same resions, I also round all the outside edges, because I'm not chasing numbers and like a clean look
