Should i Round the edges?

Ok this has been on my mind a lot lately. on my box i built. i am wondering should i round the edges on the port and paint it again? Will i see a big difference is sound and loudness or should i keep it the same. anyones input will be great. Thank you

I rounded the port edge inside the box and it is nice and smooth but i guess we will see what happens when i play it. its all glassed on the inside and has dowels.

I round all my edges, but not for performance or anything. I do it so there is less of a chance of the mdf peeling apart on the corner.
