But I read a study in muscle and fitness a few years ago about how different music help you perform better based o. What you are doing. When I'm in the gym and lifting I usually play something heavier. Like. BFMV,Dope,unearth. Anything angry however when I'm running. I like to listen to stuff like skillet,disciple,10years, and even some linkin park. Its a slower tempo but still up beat. I'll even throw in some rap in on running sometimes.
