srool Posted October 17, 2012 Report Posted October 17, 2012 I'm about to build a box for 15" DC level 4 with XL upgrade, and run it on Celestra DA2K (about 2100RMS). I have several options of wood, the available ones are: 19 mm (0.75") MDF 17 mm (0.67") qualified plywood 28 mm (1.12") qualified plywood I was hoping the thinner ones with double front baffle would be enough. Any thoughts ?

srool Posted October 17, 2012 Author Report Posted October 17, 2012 What is kerf port? I'm going to do a 3.25 net ported box with big slot port (something like 17*3-3.2*50 inches) so i Believe that it would be one brace, so I'll add another one on the other side.
