Maebros Posted October 18, 2012 Report Share Posted October 18, 2012 i know there is a thread for outlandish claims but this is just too funny So a guy walked into my shop today and saw me on the forum and asked me if i like care stereos naturally i told him yeah so we got to talking. this guy tell me apparently 6ga wire is good for up to 1000 watts and you only need to go one step up for every 1000 wats after that. (i.e. 4ga for 2000 watts, 2ga for 3000, 1/0 for 4000+.) Just most of then out there don't do much of anything besides being a giant, overly priced voltage meter. formerly known as Blue86f150 its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies.
