bass junky 32 Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 im a fresh fish to the big guns ive been watchin recently on you tube and other various sites....... gotta 2002 focus with 6 12" kicker cvr's , 3 dx1000.1's , dx400.4 , 1/0 big 3 upgrade , 2 yellow top optimas , and 180-200 altinator , i was expecting SOME draw but not while im driving ...... will a cap and a isolator sovle my problem or do i need to add more batterrys ? ~:~ LoOsCrW ~:~

That1Kid Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 Cap or isolator wont solve your problems. Are both optimas in the back? If so, get another for under the hood. If it were me, I'd get another brand AGM group 31s...deka, xs, yadda yadda. Try that...still voltage drop...upgrade the alternator. Singer worked well for me. Mechman and DC Power are great also.
