TRTC360
My friend got me hooked on audio, he introduced me to SMD and ever since then i've been learning and learning, 2 years ago when I first joined I ordered a headunit, amp, and amp kit for my car for mids and highs, my brother installed everything for me, after 2 years now i'm the one installing and tuning things for my brother, it feels good when everyone at my school knows i'm the one to go to when they have questions about audio or need a system installed, all thanks to SMD! boom50cal
Trial and error since I was like 12 trying to make my PC speakers and headphones sound better...to pulling the head unit out of my dad's old 96 F250 while driving down the highway. Also, hearing a bad ass trunk setup in my sister's ex boyfriend's Civic(3 12's off like 2k or something back in 04 or so). A couple of Kicker installs in my buddies vehicles, then my low and scary Fi 10 in my truck. And now SMD forum! SonicHD
It feels good when everyone at my school knows i'm the one to go to when they have questions about audio or need a system installed, all thanks to SMD! Hit the nail on the head with that one! I lurked forums for quite a while starting around 16 and starting to learn the basics. Still have much to learn! Bmike
trial and error Since the summer of 90, meet a fella that had an acord with 4-15's in a honda accord hatch back, shit was all crammed in there, he had horns and tweets built into his box. most likely prefab, his subs were redlines, and he had a few small punch amps, shit was crazy loud to me back then, then i caught a glimps of Mark Fakuda's balzer with 8 -15 inch punch. I havent stopped fooling with car stereo ever since. just amazing what the hobby has turned into. At one point when i was 16 i even installed 2 10s in my moms little ass ford escort station wagon, she was pissed but all my friends thought it was the coolest shit ever.
